This policy explains what data FxHonest collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Data we collect
- Account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (Argon2id — we never store your password in plain text).
- Profile & content: the trading preferences you set and the journals, strategies, and backtests you create.
- Payment metadata: plan, amount, status, and invoice identifiers from our processor. We do not collect or store your crypto wallet, card numbers, or payment credentials — those are handled by NowPayments.
- Technical: IP address, device/browser info, and server logs used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To provide, secure, and operate the Service and your account.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts, account notices).
- To detect abuse, debug, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for sign-in and session security. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Service providers
- NowPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
- Zoho Mail — delivery of transactional email.
- Our hosting provider — servers on which the Service runs.
These providers process data only as needed to perform their service.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and signed, verified payment callbacks. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@fxhonest.com. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
