Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

FxHonest is a digital service paid for in cryptocurrency. Because crypto payments are irreversible and access is granted immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges: each payment covers a single period and does not auto-renew. If you choose not to renew, your paid features simply remain active until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

Try before you pay

The Free plan lets you evaluate FxHonest before purchasing a paid period. We encourage you to use it to make sure the Service fits your needs.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us within 14 days at support@fxhonest.com and we will investigate in good faith.
