Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FxHonest (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FxHonest provides tools to journal, backtest, and analyze trading activity, including charts and historical replay. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice

FxHonest is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, or financial adviser. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Backtest and replay results are hypothetical, based on historical data, and do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. Notify us of any unauthorized use at support@fxhonest.com.

4. Plans, payment & renewal

  • Paid plans are billed upfront for the selected period (monthly or annual) in cryptocurrency via our payment processor, NowPayments. Prices are shown in USD.
  • Each payment covers a single period and does not auto-renew. Your paid access remains active until the period ends, after which the account reverts to the Free plan unless you purchase a new period.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access, and no reselling or sharing of access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you create (journals, strategies, backtests). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g., to store and display your data back to you). We claim no ownership of your trading data.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by FxHonest and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxHonest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
